For leadership on the move

Executive travel.
Time, carefully protected.

Executive travel needs careful coordination and personal attention. We bring the flight, airport and ground experience together around the traveller’s schedule and preferences.

Let’s plan your journey

Thoughtfully managed

Protect the time around every important journey.

An executive itinerary is often shaped by commitments that extend beyond a flight timetable. The useful starting point is the engagement itself: when the traveller needs to arrive, how much preparation time is required and which parts of the diary may change.

This service is for executives, leadership teams and the people coordinating important business journeys. Some travellers need flexibility above all else; others need fewer connections, discreet arrangements or a reliable plan for a tightly scheduled visit.

What we consider

Start with the engagement, then build the journey.

Use flexibility deliberately

Compare the premium for flexible conditions with the realistic likelihood of changes. Business class does not automatically mean a refundable or unrestricted ticket; the quoted rules need to be understood before approval.

Plan beyond the airport

Consider baggage collection, transfer time, hotel arrival and the location of the first appointment. A flight arriving before a meeting is not necessarily an itinerary that gives the traveller enough time to attend it comfortably.

Keep decisions and communication clear

Agree who can approve a revised option and who should receive updates. Share preferences only with the people who need them to coordinate the booking, and use the appropriate secure process for sensitive traveller information.

From request to return

A clearer way to bring it together.

  1. 01

    Establish priorities

Identify fixed engagements, preferred airports, acceptable connections and the level of schedule uncertainty.

  2. 02

    Compare the right options

Review timings, cabin, baggage and fare conditions alongside the wider itinerary.

  3. 03

    Coordinate the handovers

Align airport arrangements, onward transport and accommodation with the approved schedule.

  4. 04

    Support changing plans

When a change is requested, review availability, supplier rules and any additional cost before authorising the revised arrangement.

Before you book

A few questions, answered.

Useful answers before we discuss your journey. Your travel team will confirm the arrangements and conditions relevant to your request.

Is every premium fare flexible?

No. Cabin and fare conditions are different things. Review the change, cancellation and no-show conditions attached to the specific option, including any fare difference that may apply.

Can an assistant coordinate the booking?

Yes. Agree the authorised booker, approval contact and traveller preferences at the start. Our executive liaison service focuses specifically on that working relationship.

Can airport and chauffeur requirements be considered together?

Yes. Include them in the initial request so timing and supplier availability can be reviewed with the flight and hotel plan.

How does this differ from C-suite travel?

The C-suite page describes our wider leadership travel approach. VIP and executive travel focuses on the individual journey and its practical arrangements.
